Also supporting other consultants with software selections and implementations from a technical perspective.  Significant role in build-out of Burger Consulting knowledge-base and support systems.

Bridger - April 2004 to November 2005
Chief Technology Officer for management and technology consulting firm, a subsidiary of Wight & Company. Aside from CTO duties at Bridger, responsible for helping clients establish the direction of their information systems and infrastructure to support their core business. Involved in several ERP and CRM software selection projects, developing key requirements and RFP’s, proposal analysis, implementation budget development and project management. Involved in research and development of both new systems and new business service offerings. Facilitated strategic and business planning engagements for clients.

Wight & Company - March 2001 to April 2004
Chief Information Officer/Chief Technology Officer for Wight & Company an A/E/C firm based in the Chicago area. Ranked 12 on Crain’s Chicago largest Architecture firms, Wight & Company provides Architecture, Engineering and Construction Management services to its clients. Responsible for the management of all information systems related projects for the firm. This included system selections including but not limited to ERP, CRM, Document Management and Portals, strategic planning, system evaluations and implementation planning. P&L level responsibility.

Spencer Stuart - August 1995 to March 2001
Information Specialist providing research and development support and systems architecture design to development team for top-five worldwide executive search firm headquartered in Chicago. Reporting to Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Information Systems coordinated the efforts of both groups in systems development and infrastructure design. Facilitated systems requirements analysis worldwide, including ERP and Document Management. Provided support to training and development team in developing training methodology and materials for new systems rollout.
