- May 2001 to November 2004
Chief Technology Officer for Healthcare Strategic Initiatives a healthcare firm based St Louis, MO. Responsible for the management of all information systems related projects for the firm. This included but not limited to product development, emerging technologies and services, and strategic partnerships to expand business practices.  Implemented security measures and procedures to comply with HIPAA guidelines and requirements.

MegaPath Networks - September 1999 to May 2001
Chief Technology Officer for Phoenix Networks, a nationwide DSL Internet Service Provider based in St Louis, MO acquired by MegaPath Networks in Pleasanton, CA. Strategy, vision, and leadership for all information technology initiatives. Directed engineering operations in California and Missouri. Facilities and staff management of St. Louis operations. Managed product development to facilitate the methodology for developing and implementing new products. Managed data center design projects, implemented network architecture strategy, and deployed nationwide telecommunications network. P&L level responsibility.

Cap Gemini America - April 1999 to September 1999
Senior consultant and network analyst for the Enterprise Management Service Center supporting outsourced technical support to clients and Cap Gemini’s United States Business Unit.
