Provided consulting services to construction companies, assisting in implementation of upgrades and in re-evaluating their use of their existing software, attempting to improve processes and obtain more value from their systems.

Viewpoint Construction Software - August 1978 to June 2008
Product Manager for the construction Accounting and Project Management software developed and sold to mid-range and large general contractors, heavy/highway contractors, and subcontractors.  Participated in the design of the software by sharing expertise with the development team of construction business processes, user needs and requirements.  Earlier positions involved managing customer support, training development and providing implementation assistance and on-site training to approximately one hundred construction companies.
