Senior Project Manager for the Key New Account (KNA) implementation team for an ERP application designed for the mid to large range lumber and building materials market. Provided management for application implementation including coordination and scheduling of implementation consultants and resources, hardware support, software modification, third party product installation and training and data conversion. Acted as the central contact for new clients, negotiating time lines, change orders, and personnel matters.
Profitool, Inc. - April 1998 to February 2005
Director of Client Services - for an ERP software company in the construction vertical market. Responsible for executive oversight of implementation projects, customer service functions and client relation initiatives that were managed by a team of implementation consultants. Established corporate guidelines for project schedules, budget control and implementation procedures. Coordinated requests for information and support from implementation consultants with application programming, documentation and technical development departments. Interfaced with clients to resolve project staffing, contractual and scheduling issues. Cultivated and managed relationships with strategic business partners to provide comprehensive software solutions for clients and to enhance the marketability of Profitool products. Implementation consultant for Profitool’s ERP application and product manager for the GearWatch equipment management application.

Project controls engineer for a variety of construction projects including nuclear power, light rail transit, industrial manufacturing, commercial electrical and mineral processing facilities. Maintained schedules and cost tracking systems, developed conceptual estimates, prepared project cash flow projections and assisted council with claim preparation. Developed reporting solutions and data warehouse structures to support project management needs.
Thoma Electric, Inc. - November 1988 to June 1990
Electrical design engineer responsible for complete electrical design of commercial, light industrial and institutional facilities. Designed electrical distribution and lighting systems and coordinated design of communication, fire protection and energy management systems. Performed alternative construction method evaluation, and various value engineering functions.
