J.D. Edwards/PeopleSoft/Oracle - December 1993 to September 2008
Consulting Practice Manager, responsible for developing Staff and Specialist level consultants focused on the implementation of PeopleSoft, Oracle, and J.D. Edwards Financial, Project Management and Supply Chain application suites. Also provided operational oversight to Staff Augmentation projects. Earlier positions include Install Base Project Manager, directing internal and external business partner resources to meet project objectives and ensure an on-time/on-budget completion, and working exclusively in the Architectural, Construction and Engineering vertical, providing application expertise and leadership to assist clients in achieving business objectives. Clients included Construction Management, General Contractors, Heavy, Industrial and Subcontractors throughout the U.S. ranging in size from $1M to $600M. Conducted client training, supported installed client base as a member of the Support Team, assisted in development of Implementation Planning Workbooks and conducted Post Implementation Audits.
Fails Management Institute (FMI) - November 1983 to January 1988
Senior Consultant exclusive to construction industry clients, providing assistance with Financial and Job Cost systems selection and implementation. Responsibilities included conducting process audits, analyzing paper flow, managing documentation and personnel. Developed client Process and Procedures Manuals and assisted with development of standardized tools to assist clients in the selection of Job Cost, Financial, Estimating and Scheduling software.
